Because outsiders don’t have turf to defend, are more impartial, and aren’t emotionally tied to the current way of doing things.

Because nobody wants to be told to do something without knowing WHY they do it. And employees need to feel needed in the company; if they aren’t being kept ‘in the loop,’ they feel as if they are not considered important. No one is going to care about a company if they feel that the company doesn’t care for them.

You need a positive attitude in order to succeed in the business world today. Negative attitude you’ll be stressed before you even get to work. I am in the service industry working for huge oil sands they don’t appreciate bad attitudes, it also rubs off on your co-workers. I can’t stand working with negative people it just brings me down. They are looking for people with a great attitude with people skills.

Managing your time and using it wisely is a journey, and not something that can be easily mastered overnight. Implementing a plan will help, but it is not going to be a sure cure. Time management requires a significant amount of self-discipline.

Not enough info. Sounds as you are doing something not approved by your employer. Employer is not responsible for your daycare.(Unless it is a benefit to all employees) If you have a problem, you owe it to your boss to discuss it with him. If you cannot preform as he needs, you are of no use to him. You can’t fulfill your job if you are tending your child. You have NO grounds to sue any one.

I Was thinking Community Action Plan? It has to be friendly for all ages and really catch/creative.
