Marketing managers contribution to an organizations quality management program could be determined by his marketing strategy, the way he contributes to the sales of the organization and the way he retains current customers.

Consider there are 3 managers in your organization a b & c.
a believes in strategy of attracting more & new customers to the business.
b concentrates on maintaining the current customers who are faithful to your brand.
c concentrates on both.

By generating new customers you can widen your market but you cant rely on those customers, they may go for other products when they come to know that the service you provide for new customers are not prevalent for your current customers this may discourage the new as well as your old customer.
Same way if you depend to much on your current customers you may not be able to widen your market.
A manager who concentrates on both is the best 1 in respect of quantitative as well as qualitative aspects…

BUS104 BUSINESS ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

A study of the managerial process and the social and organizational
forces that shape and define the manager’s job. The objective of the
course is to examine the basic managerial functions of planning,
organizing, motivating and controlling in order to develop an
understanding of issues as they are found in business practice.
Edit: I’m going to register for spring classes next week, currently taking a financial accounting course and looking for any suggestion. Thanks.

If you want an easier course, BUS 104. Managerial Accounting is pretty tough esecially if your not an Accounting major. It’s nothing like Financial Accounting. BUS 104 is a pretty basic intro class.

Kind of a homework question but, why would the heart and stroke foundation need management, even though its goal is non profit related

How are they going to run the foundation without someone to run it? Can you picture an empty office, and the mail carrier drops off envelopes full of checks, but there’s nobody there to open the envelopes or record how much has been given or decide what to do with the donations? Someone has to be in charge. That’s what "management" means.

Titles for these positions vary.
