depends on the situation if for completing work ahead of schedule then the biggest problem is short cuts and compromising safety
then bitterness creeps in as people think they deserve it more than others which leads to workers failing to pass on information in an attempt to gain an advantage in the reward scheme
failure to report near misses and incidents in an attempt to beat dead lines
best to reward all members of a team than a individual

Describe strategies managers can take to manage change caused by internal and external factors affecting the organization.

Risk management strategies help companies make determinations about internal and external factors.

There are several strategies used and probability helps to decide if you need to manage these factors or ignore them. All change does not need to be managed. But the change needs to be risk rated and cost/impact analyzed to determine if it is of material significance to warrant management.

Some strategies include:

Turning the risk into an opportunity to benefit the company by capitalizing on the change
Giving the problem to another company to manage for you
Eliminating the risk by reducing the cause of the problem or the need for the change
Accept the change by creating a management policy, procedure and/or budget item

Any organization strategies for a teen girl?

My room was just repainted so i had to take everything out of my room and closet, which are both very large. I just threw everything back in and now here is piles of crap all over the place to the point where i cant walk. I keep telling myself im going to get it done but i will do 10 minutes of work and get bored. this is really stressing me out but im way too lazy to do it all and i have to get it done by tomorrow because i dont want this to interfere with my school work. are there any strategies that i can use to get this all done. i would like to get it all done by tonight but its probably not possible

Here are a few tips:

Play upbeat music you like, to keep you perked up but also for listening or singing or dancing to to be less bored

Do it in steps, do one section at a time!

Take breaks. Tell yourself you’ll clean whatever part and then take a break on the computer or something

Get bins and drawers! And have each one be for something, like school stuff, makeup or toiletries etc so you won’t stand around thinking where each goes. Just find and organize one category at a time.
