This is a nicely crafted and succinct video on the major components of change management. There are a variety of Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies, but Luc’s straightforward approach has the perfect balance and focus to bring about a successful future state. Luc is one of the top global OCM practitioners and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a consultant to lead your change initiative.
