  • Issues and Challenges of Human Resource Training and Development in an Organization?

Posted by admin on January 1st, 2010 and filed under organization development | 2 Comments »

Need to make report and workplan on mentioned topic so need some details to put in a report.

one of the most present day challenges in an organization is training the people…

organization need the employees up to the level of present day up to date knowledge in computers.. whereas the employees are having less learning interest, even after posting training to learn computer knowledge the 50 years and above employees trying to get the things done through juniors instead of learning and updating their knowledge..

    staff constraints… are more

volunteer involvement is less comparing to the early 90’s the staff members worked as team and co-operating each other by sharing the work.. because of some bad experience and came to the light of other staff members that some of the staff members enjoyed the facilities and rewards out of work done by other staff members… by recording as if they have done it… instead of sharing the rewards and promotions to every one..

now the policies are changed.. methods are changed.. organization has to change the promotion, rewarding, incentives and any other encouragement methods also must be changed to retain the honest and committed work force in the organization…
