  • Why is training and development so important in an organization?

Posted by admin on February 6th, 2010 and filed under organization development | 3 Comments »

It’s important for companies to have the latest technology in order to stay competitive and keep making money, so their employees need to be on their toes and able to use the current technologies so they don’t fall behind.

It also reduces the risk of injuries and keeps the workplace safe for the employees, which also reduces costs for the employer.

the world changes quickly. markets change, technology changes. if your human beings don’t change via training and development, your organization has no chance to keep up.

Well in my business training and development is so important because you want what I call duplication. You want your org. to duplicate your process so that you as well as them become and stay successfull. You train your org. to duplicate your success. What they see you do they will do. So train them to do what you did to become successfull.
