The reasons are obvious. Human beings are the most important assets, which the manager can effectively utilize in order to carry the organization to greater heights in terms of positive change and evolution as well as gaining competitive advantage over rivals. If employees' skills and versatility are not updated, the organization cannot grow. Service delivery will not be as effective as expected.
