    HELLO, U.S. ATTORNEYS GENERAL!!!!!

DO YOU WANT TO GET THE BAD GUYS, SEIZE ASSETS WORTH MILLIONS, AND BECOME OUTRAGEOUSLY FAMOUS AND LOVED BY MILLIONS, NOT JUST IN AMERICA, BUT ALL OVER THE WORLD?

IF SO, THEN NOW IS THE TIME TO GET THE CRIMINALS WHO ARE DESTROYING CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, THE CRIMINALS WITHIN CPS WHO ARE KIDNAPPING CHILDREN FROM GOOD FAMILIES, COMMITING PERJURY, FRAUD, TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE, ENACTING RETRIBUTION ON WITNESSES, AND ENGAGING IN A PATTERN OF RACKETEERING ACTIVITY – MAKE A NAME FOR YOURSELF, AND GET A TON OF PUBLICITY AND GO DOWN IN HISTORY AS THE ONE WHO DID THE WORLD A WORLD OF GOOD.

EVERYONE CAN SEE THIS COMING – DON’T WAIT FOR TOMORROW, BE A LEADER, TODAY, AND MAKE HISTORY!

AND THINK HOW PROUD YOUR MOM WILL BE OF YOU. SERIOUSLY.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act
(RICO Act or RICO) is a United States federal law that
provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil
cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing
    criminal organization.

RICO has been used to prosecute organized crime,
including the Mafia, the Hells Angels, and the Key West
Police Department in Monroe County, Florida.

International equivalents of RICO are as follows: In
Australia the Australian Crime Commission has powers
based on similar legislation and regulations. New Zealand has a similar arrangement and commission.
In Canada, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the
Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions
enforce rules and regulations that cumulatively are
    equivalent to RICO.

Under RICO, a person who is a member of an enterprise
that has committed any 2 of thirty-five crimes (27
federal crimes and 8 state crimes) within a ten year
period, can be charged with racketeering.

Anyone found guilty of racketeering can be fined up to
$25,000 and / or sentenced to twenty years in prison, per
racketeering count. As well, the racketeer must forfeit
all ill-gotten gains and interest in any business gained
through a pattern of “racketeering activity.” RICO also
permits a private individual harmed by the actions of
such an enterprise to file a civil suit; if successful,
the individual can collect treble damages.

      You’re right on …
You’re right on there, ThndersRage. And it’s even worse – because there is proof (see my Video Response) that CPS workers themselves will make false allegations. There needs to be prosecutions of false allegations, and very stiff penalties. And CPS needs to be abolished, rotting heap of maggot infested garbage that they are.

    2. ThndersRage Says:

      There is something …
There is something wrong when an outfit can remove children from a home with 0 evidence of wrongdoing by the children’s parents.
No organization should be able to do this period. Some sort of evidence should be required, and no I do not think a Neighbors testimony should be considered good enough by itself.
Too many people make false accusations.

      keep fighting this …
      keep fighting this rightious fight!!

      good job cops
      good job cops

    5. Yourdeadmeat69 Says:

      Why are we …
Why are we surprised when a priesthood demanding celibacy becomes a hotbed of homosexual and perverted behavior, or an institution put together to safeguard children winds up attracting the kinds of pedophiles it was designed to protect against, or the foster parents are rife with opportunists and abusers?

It’s a natural outcome of the environment of how we sift folks to become part of a system.

Nothing we can do but police police police the service and the foster care givers.

      Missouri federal …
      Missouri federal case number 09-4136-cv-c-nkl

Filed in Jeffesron City Missouri. I am looking for more people in Missouri to make this a class action law suit.

    7. 22Casey Says:

      Not true from what …
Not true from what I have reported to CPS. I know two faoster children and my own son who suffers today. CPS in Benton COunty Missouri and many other countys in Missouri are criminals

    8. 22Casey Says:

      Reunification is …
Reunification is just a buzz word that case workers use in their reports. Federal funding is their main goal. Keep the judges and lawyers in a nice money making job

    9. CPSSucks Says:

If it does help – …
If it does help – and I’ve NEVER heard anyone say it does (except for social workers), the help it gives doesn’t cancel out the evil it does. And the evil is too great. CPS operates the same way all over the world. From Ontario, Canada to Norway to Australia, there are horrific accounts of brutal, ruthless, sadistic acts against children and families. So, I’d be very curious to know what city, county, or even state you are in.

    10. CPSSucks Says:

      How LONG have you …
How LONG have you been working for CPS?

And, what state are you in?

    11. tillyandtegan Says:

i am by no means …
i am by no means saying there are no problems. there are probs and flaws in every field and in every system. I’m from the southeast, btw. I was simply trying to offer another side to the argument. Just because I see the good it does do some consumers and society, in general. But, no, it is not perfect, nothing is, right? I just thought you were being a little too critical and absolutely negative. I don’t know what kind of bad experience you’ve have with CPS but I’m sorry you see it that way

    12. CPSSucks Says:

      You should watch my …
You should watch my video on Diane Harrison, who made – along with her drunken girlfriends – an obviously false report to CPS. CPS, as a result of this call, took a tiny baby from his parents FOR THREE MONTHS. For 3 months, a baby was without his mother and father, with some stranger. For 3 months, a mother and father were without there baby. Neither had any way of knowing if they would ever be reunited. That’s horrific trauma, that none of them will ever really recover from.

    13. CPSSucks Says:

      That’s what CPS …
That’s what CPS says. But what they do is much different. That’s the problem with CPS. They lie. All the time. All over the world. Therefore, why should they ever be trusted? And, yes, they are evil. They have knowingly destroyed countless babies, children and families. That’s why, for example, there are class action lawsuits where former foster children are suing the gov’t. That’s why foster children end up in jail, addicted to drugs, suicidal & homeless. BECAUSE THEY HAVE SUFFERED.

    14. CPSSucks Says:

      Where are you …
Where are you located, roughly? Because everywhere in the world there are problems with CPS, so it’s pretty interesting that you say that there are no problems where you are.

    15. tillyandtegan Says:

      So just saying, I …
So just saying, I don’t think you should call the system (as a whole) such a corrupt and evil thing when it DOES help people…and don’t forget the parents of the children in foster homes (or the majority) always have the first option of being reunified and have FREE parenting classes & counseling offered to them which hardly any of them take. So u tell me if it sounds like they need dependent kids in their custody. I’d rather have a kid in a drug-free, positive, disciplined structured place

    16. tillyandtegan Says:

      okay idk where you …
okay idk where you get your facts from but i’ve been in this field for a little while and worked alongside/been mentored by plenty of many different diverse CPS workers and I just simply disagree. Out of all the foster homes i’ve dealt with, there are zero cases of abuse/neglect while the kids are in our care (not in the care of the un-parented parents) AND only 2 out of the dozens of kids i’ve worked with were on any medication (one for depression and one for ADHD.

    17. GodGunsGutsGlory Says:

Yup. And 60% of the …
Yup. And 60% of the foster kids are put on psyche drugs so they can make MORE money off of “special needs” children.

I think CPS weeds out the decent folk and keep the perverts. Anyone who thinks it’s ok to snatch a new born off the tit it’s mother is not ok with me. They are pure evil.

After the revolution, CPS will be history.

    18. TheTexas2006 Says:

      Regulations for …
Regulations for foster care are more strict. There are incidences that are considered abuse in foster homes that would not be considered abuse if it was in a regular home. CPS is stricter in foster situations, resulting in statistics that the uneducated twist to suit their liking.

    19. CPSSucks Says:

      Actually, the stats …
Actually, the stats say otherwise. More children are abused in foster “care” than are by their biological parents. As well, the violations of democracy, and the injustices caused by the way CPS operates is harmful not only to individual families (and there are many) but to society as a whole. When you allow such corruption and inhumanity, it destroys all of society. These aren’t just isolate incidents. CPS is corrupt and full of criminals all over the world.

    20. tillyandtegan Says:

      Okay so this does …
Okay so this does reveal the shadow-side of CPS, HOWEVER, there are lewd, “perverted” people in all types of professions (teachers, care-takers etc.). I just want to defend a field I know a great deal about and am employed with so there is another side to this argument. FIRST OF ALL, CPS workers are DEFINITELY NOT in it for the money (trust me, they are grossly underpaid)…continued below V

    21. tillyandtegan Says:

      SECONDLY, without …
SECONDLY, without committed dedicated people working in this field, do you even realize the millions of kids that would continue to be abused and neglected everyday?! I mean really, c’mon! This is not a totally defunct system…don’t look at the few who taint the image, think of all the ones that change kids’ and families’ lives for the better every single day!

    22. mrjedidude Says:

      reply to this …
reply to this comment if you think cps sucks balls

    23. poloniawarrior Says:

      Great video! Keep …
      Great video! Keep them coming!

    24. CPSSucks Says:

      Yes, anyone who …
Yes, anyone who thinks it will never happen to them is living in a fantasy world, and potentially sacrificing their children to satan. It’s the children who suffer the worst, so all parents need to – for the sake of their children – educate themselves re: CPS crimes, and also fight back against CPS crimes. Don’t risk your child’s life, they could end up like the adopted son of Frank Lombard, or the adopted daughter of Sally Scofield.

    25. tgraham76 Says:

      they are treasonous …
they are treasonous mutants that act above the law, and dont think it cant happen to you just because you are a good parent.
