let me introduce myself as the marketing manager of a hospital. To determine the demand of our services, we take the statistics of our occupancy levels for the same period of the previous year. we project the same with an assumptional increase of 5%.
the advantage is that the process is simple and the disadvantage is that the entire process is done on assumptions.
