Quality Inspection Services, Inc. was founded in 1987 to fulfill the need of Central and Western New York’s; as well as, Northern Pennsylvania’s need for a Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Civil Testing and Nondestructive firm. Since that time, QIS has performed numerous tasks in its area of expertise for both large and small companies. In response to the growing demand for Nondestructive Testing, we have expanded our services to other parts of the United States. In order to ensure that these services are provided to our clients in a manner consistent with industry standards and regulations, a Quality Assurance Program was formulated. Our Quality Assurance Program is in strict compliance with the requirements set forth within ASME NQA-1, “Quality Assurance Program Requirements for Nuclear Facilities, “International Standards Organization ISO 9000, Automotive Quality System QS-9000 and within ASTM, API and ACI Codes and Standards.
