  • Re: Is it okay to use the services of an organization that I am suing?

The club already confirmed his membership until December 2008. I paid for it already. I called my lawyer, but he is not responding..my son is at work with me now, and Im about to get reprimanded big time…I make too much money to qualify for subsidies, and too less to afford the childcare.

Not enough info. Sounds as you are doing something not approved by your employer. Employer is not responsible for your daycare.(Unless it is a benefit to all employees) If you have a problem, you owe it to your boss to discuss it with him. If you cannot preform as he needs, you are of no use to him. You can’t fulfill your job if you are tending your child. You have NO grounds to sue any one.

It is O.K but I wouldn’t recommend it.

I highly suggest you do not go on the premises.

It really depends on WHO your suing…If its a daycare facility then why in the world would you want to leave your son there? If he is old enough try calling your local YMCA, they offer child care during the summer.
