Sounds as you are doing something not approved by your employer. Employer is not responsible for your daycare.(Unless it is a benefit to all employees) If you have a problem, you owe it to your boss to discuss it with him. If you cannot preform as he needs, you are of no use to him. You can't fulfill your job if you are tending your child. You have NO grounds to sue any one.<br><b>References : </b><br> Not enough info.
