The modern idea of recruitment is some thing different. A organisation should have 4 or 5 piller, like one person from Finance, accounts, Marketing, production and administration. They will be be higest paid ( one has to see these person are satified in all respect, if they are not satisfied they will be a thief) Rest recruitment will be different, Take high IQ and good memory person with logical approach and who love work. They may not be good in educational back ground. Shap them, train them, give responsibility. They will be only fit for your system not for others. They can not change their service due to lack of educational back ground.
