Urgh! Must. Resist. Buying. Epic. Game.

I’ll concede on the point that I can understand your reason. I see why you prefer it. And I’ll say that it does have its benefits. I’d just rather have a sub that you really don’t have to worry about, thats all. However, your points valid :)

    6. jajaja1285 Says:

      I wouldn’t because …
I wouldn’t because most of us don’t know whether we’ll always have time to be playing and get the biggest bang for our buck. And other times – in MMOs for example – the developers do for several months, which leads to people feeling jipped.

This way, you have a choice in the matter and you know exactly what you’re getting when they release new downloaded content for sale.

Bottom line, monthly subs blow. That’s just my opinion of course, but I’m done with that sort of thing.

      Uptaded on there website.

      How much will APB cost?

The price and payment model have not been finalized yet but we can say it wont be the traditional monthly subscription model.

    14. Mifian Says:

      Yeah, without a …
Yeah, without a monthly subscription, the game is considered Free to play. You don’t HAVE to pay for micro transactions, but still. I’d rather have a monthly sub. Sorry for the rant. :P

    15. twintwisters100 Says:

      ok i understand ty …
ok i understand ty for explaning to me but i thought they only did that free to play games

    16. Mifian Says:

      Long story short, …
Long story short, thats why Micro transactions suck, it breaks balance between players. I’d rather have a monthly subscription, where everyone is treated the exact same, allowing skill to be put into play, not the fact you have a rocket launcher and the other person has an assault rifle.

    17. Mifian Says:

      And the more you …
And the more you spend, the more things in game you can get. Those things in game make you more powerful, we’ll use the term OP for this. Now, say one persons spent a huge amount of money buying tokens for weapons. We’ll call him Jim, and another, whos name is Tom, hasn’t spent any. Tom is doing a mission and Jim is called to help the opposing team. Jim has a grand advantage due to him spending 200 bucks in game, where Tom has none, for he spent no money. They fight, Jim kills Tom 50 times.

    18. Mifian Says:

      Micro Transactions …
Micro Transactions are basically this. You pay money to buy some sort of in game currency, which therefore allows you to buy things, weapons, clothing, tattoos, whatever, that normal players, who can’t, won’t or don’t pay, cannot get. Lets take weapons into consideration, say if you spend 10 bucks for 100 in game points. Now, you want this sweet rocket launcher or something. It costs 100 points, even. To buy it, you have to spend 10 dollars in real life.

    19. twintwisters100 Says:

well i am not to …
well i am not to sure what u mean by spending 500 bucks on the game please explain

    20. Mifian Says:

      Sorry, most players …
Sorry, most players would rather have monthly. Myself included, the problem with micro transactions is that if you don’t buy anything, chances are, you won’t have any chance against someone whos spent 500 bucks on the game.
      Which really sucks.

    21. Mifian Says:

      Yes, its pay to …
Yes, its pay to play. However, they aren’t sure on what type, whether its monthly, or micro transactions.

    22. twintwisters100 Says:

It will be pay to …
It will be pay to play like most mmos. But apb wont have a monthly fee which is awesome
