Make your bed a couple of hours later: such as just before you leave for the day. If you're an "up and out" person, make your bed when you get changed after coming home. DO NOT MAKE YOUR BED WHEN YOU GET UP!

We sweat around half a pint EACH NIGHT and the bed bugs would just LOVE you to leave that for them! pull the sheets back and open the window if it wasn’t open overnight. Make your bed a couple of hours later: such as just before you leave for the day. If you’re an “up and out” person, make your bed when you get changed after coming home.

But for sure, the room looks way tidier if the bed is made, no matter how much clutter there is in the room.
