    Boris Brott – Symphony Conductor

Posted by admin on April 15th, 2010 and filed under organization communication | No Comments »

How long does it take to teach a packed audience of non-musicians to play a few bars of Ode to joy from Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony? Boris Brott can do it in about 10 minutes. Boris draws out the comparison of teamwork and leadership; the need for creativity within an organization; the joy of communication and the achievement of success, all through the medium of music. His program comes to a conclusion as the audience, using their individual tonebars, plays Beethoven’s Ode to Joy, as Boris “conducts” them in this informative educational, and fun-filled presentation.

Her employees only make matters worse by concealing important information, without the proper communication skills for a multicultural organization.
