    Rodeo Announcer’s Lies Exposed!!!

Posted by admin on February 5th, 2010 and filed under professional organization | 14 Comments »

SHARK investigators expose the cruelty and outright lies of the Clem McSpadden 2009 Steer Busting Finals, sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA).

Steer busting is the most dangerous event in rodeo. The PRCA is the only major rodeo association to sanction this obvious animal abuse. When an organization has no problem sanctioning such abuse, you may expect it will have no problem lying about it either.

Rodeo announcer Charlie Throckmorton falsely claims that the rodeo works “in complete harmony” with the American Humane Association (AHA), a flat out lie. The AHA released a subsequent statement completely and absolutely refuting Throckmorton’s nonsensical claim.

Requests to PRCA Commissioner Karl Stressman for a public retraction and apology have gone unanswered, demonstrating once again the condition of ethics and bravery of the rodeo industry — nonexistent.

Representing the WEB 2.0 era, bloggers have reached a total of 80 million in numbers worldwide, and their roles and influence in the society continue to expand, calling for an establishment of an association that will protect and promote the rights and interests of professional bloggers.

The objectives of WPBA are to establish blogger-journalists as a professional media, promote and protect their rights and interests, present new income-generating models, and to lay the groundwork for building a network of worldwide blogger-journalists. The convention’s slogan is “Open, Share, & Contribute,” symbolizing WPBA’s goal to satisfy worldwide consumers’ rights to be aware, to know, and to share information on business, product, and market, and to protect the environment by keeping a close watch over behaviors that destroy the environment and its natural order. Furthermore, WPBA intends to contribute to the development of a global culture and society through sharing of issues and cultural contents from around the world.

Fifty world-famous blogger-journalists from 30 nations representing the Americas, Europe, Southeast Asia and emerging nations, will attend the convention to discuss the establishment of the association and various issues.
